Post-Divorce Enforcement

The creation and official filing with the Court of a Property Settlement Agreement is sometimes not the end of conflict for parties. If an agreement, such as one involving child custody or support, is not being adhered to, the aggrieved party has recourse through the post-divorce enforcement of orders and agreements. The enforcement of an existing order or agreement can be a difficult and challenging endeavor, but a necessary one for the protection of a party’s investment and rights.
